So who will take out this year’s title, and becoming this year's Sports Dad of the Year?

For more than a decade, it’s become one of the most coveted titles in sport – just who is Australia’s Sport’s Dad of the Year.

Previous winners read like a who’s who of Australia’s sports elite.

From inaugural winner, Wests Tigers’ premiership legend John Skandalis in 2009, there’s been no shortage of champions who have taken out the title.

Skandalis was followed by Sydney Swans’ premiership star Brett Kirk, Hawthorn champion Sam Mitchell, Supercar champion Mark ‘Frosty’ Winterbottom, Swans’ superstar Jude Bolton, Roosters and NSW Origin legend and former Kangaroo Anthony Minichiello, future rugby league immortal Johnathan Thurston, Test cricket opener David Warner and rugby league maestro Benji Marshall.

Last year’s title went to Adam Reynolds, who recently become the greatest point scorer in South Sydney history.

Again, we have an amazing list of contenders who have opened up about juggling elite sport with fatherhood. Opening up their private photos albums as well.

Not only do they add their name to an illustrious list, they also get a chance to donate $5,000 to their chosen charity.

This year’s contenders are again household names from Olympic gold medallists to club legends in both rugby league and union and a Bathurst 1000 champion.

Going into battle for the 2021 Sports Dad of the year are Manly and Queensland Maroons skipper Daly Cherry-Evans, who will go head to head for the title with fellow NRL stars Dale Finucane, Aaron Woods and Thomas Burgess.

Flying the flag for the AFL this year is Melbourne star forward Ben Brown and Brisbane Lions’ Mitch Robinson, while Wallabies flyer Marika Koroibete will hope to get plenty of votes from the rugby faithful.

From the popular Supercars circuit, Dave Reynolds will be looking to add this year’s title as Sports Dad of the Year to his Bathurst triumph.

And last but not least, rounding out this year’s contenders is Tokyo Olympic gold medallist and BMX wizard Logan Martin and Australian hockey star and Tokyo silver medallist Jake Whetton.

So who will triumph?

Only you can decide so get voting to crown the man you think is a legend dad to go with his legendary sporting feats.

Who do you think should be this year's Sports Dad of the Year?
